The Fluid Bed System BFS Bohle Uni Cone BUC is a granulation and drying system specifically optimized for pharmaceutical applications. A minimum of six separately cleanable filter elements in the granulating system ensure that the air flow through the product bed is not interrupted.

For the drying process the BFS can be equipped with an online moisture measuring system with NIR technology (comparable to infrared analysis). This innovation allows precise and reproducible determination of the current moisture content during the granulation and drying process.
